Uber has finally released clear guidelines on what passengers can and can’t do during a ride. While some guidelines are obvious, like “no sex,” Uber’s taking extra precautions (and killing your game) by instituting a “no flirting” rule.

Uber has seen it’s share of reckless behavior—take the former Miami doctor who drunkenly attacked an Uber driver and wrecked his car or the Taco Bell executive arrested and fired after assaulting an Uber driver who recorded the incident.

On Wednesday Uber announced it was, for the first time, releasing a policy detailing what can get a passenger banned. The guidelines ask riders for common courtesy like not slamming the car door, no shouting, and no cursing. But the guidelines also prohibit flirting and touching. There should be “no sexual conduct with drivers or fellow riders.” Here’s what else can get you banned:

  • Having a gun.
  • Throwing up in the car because you’re trashed.
  • Having an open container of alcohol.
  • Having drugs. (You’ll recall the Boston Uber driver who hit the brakes on a drug deal happening in the backseat.)
  • Smoking.
  • Telling drivers to speed because you’re in a rush.

Uber has also provided tips on how to be a 5-star passenger.
