Depop

eBay has acquired Depop from Etsy for $1.2 billion after Etsy purchased the second-hand clothing app in 2021 for $1.6 billion.

Etsy announced Wednesday that it is buying Depop for $1.62 billion. Etsy boss Josh Silverman described Depop as "the resale home for Gen Z consumers."
