Justin Bieber and his hair have really taken the expression “new year, new me” and ran with it. The singer kicked off the year with vacation cornrows. Then, he ditched the cornrows for a miniature man bun. Now, he’s gone purple.

In a series of photos posted to his Instagram earlier this weekend, Bieber poses on a red Ferrari and shows off his latest hairstyle. He appears to be sporting a purple ombré look with a darker violet shade in the back that fades into a gray lavender in the front. The Biebs might be a year or two late on the ombré trend, but we’ll let it slide for one of last year’s most stylish dudes.
