With the Streetwear Essentials online program from Parsons School of Design and Complex, those looking to glean key insights from a variety of top-tier voices in fashion are given the chance to do exactly that.
At the heart of the program, comprised of five video modules and related educational activities, is a series of self-paced short lessons all leading up to a non-credit certification of completion from Parsons. The modules are divided as follows: Streetwear Origins; Designing Streetwear; Marketing, Branding, and Visual Communication; the Future of Streetwear Retail and Distribution; and Business and Entrepreneurship.
Among the instructors and industry experts contributing to this unique experience are Jeff Staple, Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, Heron Preston, Shanel Campbell, James Whitner, Don C, and more.
