The estate of the forever influential artist Jean-Michel Basquiat is involved with a new collection of limited edition bags from Homage Year.

The collection, which sees works from Basquiat utilized across three different bag sizes, follows the 2022 announcement of a collaborative effort between Black Fashion Fair and the artist’s estate that allowed 10 Black designers to have “unprecedented access” to works from the King Pleasure exhibition.

As Homage Year founder Antoine Manning said, this project continues the brand’s mission of “immortalizing those who have come before us.”

Below, get a closer look at the bags, which are available now via the Black Fashion Fair site.
