Bob Marley, Aaliyah, Ice Cube, 2Pac, and more are featured in repurposed vintage t-shirt form as part of a new partnership from Barriers Worldwide and the Digital Spenders Club.

The worldwide streetwear brand and the crypto culture brand partner have partnered on 30 one-of-one bomber jackets. The jackets, designed by Steven Barter, are customized with vintage t-shirts and Barriers’ signature cowry shell details. The pieces are exclusive to Digital Spenders Club members.

“Crypto gives young and old people alike the ability to be entrepreneurs,” Barter said in a statement. “Each token tells a story that you can invest in, giving greater access and opportunity to the community.”

Per Digital Spenders Club founder Anthony Rodriguez, the partnership is one built on authenticity, thanks in large part to a shared vision for the future.

“From the first time we met Steven and explained our mission—a future where members are awarded access based on a wallet address rather than traditional marketing qualifications like race, color, creed, age, or sex—we knew the partnership was authentic,” Rodriguez said. “We are excited to partner with Barter to bring web3 culture to his community.”

Digital Spenders Club members will have the chance to secure a DSC x Barriers Worldwide bomber jacket fitting experience, which includes collaborating with Barter on one’s own custom piece. Barter previously customized jackets for top sports stars, including Kevin Durant and Devin Haney.

As for the jackets mentioned above, get a closer look below. Marley, notably, makes multiple appearances.
