ASAP Rocky's AWGE Is Dropping a Needles Collab

This was bound to happen.

With Flacko Season in full swing ahead of ASAP Rocky's upcoming new album, we probably should have expected this.

Friday, the official lookbook for AWGE's previously teased Needles collab was released. As those knowledgeable on the Needles' accomplishments in track pants already know, Rocky was integral in last year's booming sales for the Japanese headed by Keizo Shimizu. Then, just last month, Rocky was seen rocking what appeared to be a piece from a then-unconfirmed collab collection.

The lookbook, featuring photography by Dexter Navy and styling by Matthew Henson, shows off the collab’s track jacket and narrow track pant in three colorways: blue, pink, and green. The narrow track pant will also be available in black/white lurex and black/yellow. Per HypeBeast, the collection will be available starting March 16 at Domicile Tokyo and Nepenthes in New York and Tokyo.

At some point in the presumably near future, we should be getting that new Rocky album. Rocky's spent the early months of 2018 dropping a series of new cuts comprised of apparent one-offs and at least one full-blown single, the Guwop and 21 Savage-featuring "Cocky." Considering the continued inspiration of LSD on the latest Rocky sessions, we should expect nothing less than a sonic adventure.
