The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards happened last night, and the Internet is still buzzing about the performances, winners, and outfits. We've already combed through the funniest tweets about style at the award show, we thanked the universe for not dressing 'N Sync in any of these awful outfits, and now we're reviewing our final picks for The Best and Worst Dressed guys of the night.
Jared Leto wore sick Saint Laurent pants and A$AP Rocky wore head-to-toe Dior Homme—who else showed up dressed to impress last night? And who should've stayed home in their lackluster duds? Click through our style recap and see if your favorites made the cut.

Best: 2 Chainz
2 Chainz wore a head-to-toe Versace look at the show last night, looking like an Italian Baroque masterpiece up in that bitch. Other rappers look tacky in Versace, but 2 Chainz always does it just right to convince us it's still cool. His sweatsuit game was on point for his performance, too. Peep the red 40 oz. snapback.
Worst: Busta Rhymes
And Busta Rhymes is someone who should leave the house of Versace alone. He looks like a bowl of Fruit Loops with too much milk at the bottom.
Best: Kanye West
Kanye West kept it lowkey last night, only appearing during his performance. And though we're always waiting to see what he wears, the stage was pitch black and it was impossible to catch a glimpse of his outfit. We did, however, find this one photo from backstage where he's wearing a denim jacket and accessorizing with beaded necklaces. Does this mean other rappers will retire their gold chains now?
Worst: Bruno Mars
Bruno Mars kept with the safari theme while performing "Gorilla." It was cool to see him try other styles outside of his usual retro look, but this outfit also came off too gimmicky.
Best and Worst: Justin Timberlake
Justin Timberlake was the coolest guy of the night, singing his best hits and fulfilling teen girl fantasies by reuniting with 'N Sync for his epic performance. We want to give him a "Best Dressed" title, but he really needs to let the fedora look go.
Best: Jared Leto
$7k pants. Need we say more? The 30 Seconds to Mars singer who usually looks nusto on red carpets came looking better than half the people there. We are actually looking forward to seeing what he wears next.
Worst: Joseph Gordon Levitt
JGL is a stylish guy, but last night's look missed the mark. The color combo was terrible, just like that accent he put on.
Best: Drake
Drake's "Nothing Was the Same" baseball jersey looked like it came from a concert merch table, but his performance outfit was better—plus, it was custom Alexander Wang. The all-black tank and raw denim jeans had subtle leather details which made the outfit look more expensive than whatever Austin Mahone was wearing.
Worst: DJ Cassidy
This is the guy that MTV picked to represent Brooklyn during the show's downtime. Since when is a barbershop quartet look cool?
Best: Daft Punk
Daft Punk absolutely murdered it at the show last night. The duo wore the cleanest tuxedos on the red carpet with their helmets and shoes shining on everyone. Then, the robots brought back the epic sequined Saint Laurent jackets in silver and gold to present the award for Best Female Video.
Best: Pharrell
Speaking of Daft Punk, Pharrell (along with Nile Rodgers) showed up and showed out with the French group. Pharrell didn't win any awards last night, but he was definitely with the best dressed crowd at the show.
Worst: Macklemore; Best: Ryan Lewis
Macklemore's suit looked like a cheap polyester number from the '70s, while Ryan looked more up-to-date on current trends. Still, we can't believe these are the two dudes that won "Best Hip-Hop Video" last night. ZzzzZzzz.
Best: Future
Future wore a risky patchwork suit by Alexander McQueen to the award show, but it paid off. He stood out and looked super stylish on his own, even next to Ciara rocking a very elaborate Givenchy couture gown. They take the award for best dressed couple of the night.
Worst: Robin Thicke
We were cheering for Robin Thicke to win an award last night, but we couldn't cheer for his performance outfit. His suit looked more like a Foot Locker uniform than an expensive designer piece.
Best: A$AP Rocky
Many artists showed up in a casual outfit, but A$AP Rocky treated last night's event like a true red carpet and came in a fresh designer look. The Dior Homme look was clean, classic, and expensive. Anyone who hates on the simplicity of it obviously doesn't understand good design.
Worst: Austin Mahone
Austin Mahone took Justin Bieber's swag, threw it in a blender with fake leather, and barfed it all up on the red carpet. His look ruined leather for everyone else.
Best: Jaden Smith
The whole Smith family came to stunt, basically letting the world know who has the best genetics in the business. Jaden killed it in a slick black look. The round frame shades kept it edgy, while the Janoski SBs kept it down to earth.
Best: Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick kept true to his verse and rocked a pair of Nike Cortez to the VMAs last night. His clean outfit of a gray tee, fitted hat, raw denim, and one single chain was simple, but stylish. For his performance, he put on a sick hockey jersey. The sports-inspired trend is picking up steam.
Worst: Richard Simmons
We're not sure why the irrelevant exercise guru showed up last night, and we're not sure why he showed up looking like a maniac either. Was it an homage to Lil Wayne's jegging outfit from the 2011 award show?
