Harvard Named Most "Fashionable" School

You've just been clickbaited, motherfucker! Sorry, but, I mean, we did throw that shit in quotes to hedge our asses. That headline is actually not a lie though. According to CNBC, Harvard, and the logos and crests and colors that go along with it, is the college most likely to be used in fashion, which is no consolation prize to getting bounced out of the tourney is the first round, but statistically smarter beggars can't be choosers. That all sounds a bit confusing, so let me explain a bit further. Using data from Polyvore, which allows users to group clothing into "sets," like "Accessories" or "Topcoats"—basically genres of things classified together—Harvard is the most commonly chosen institution of higher learning, beating out the likes of Kentucky, LSU, Georgetown and Texas, who were also extremely popular choices. One possible explanation is the fact that the world's most popular blogger, Chiara Ferragni aka "The Blonde Salad" was recently the subject of a Harvard Business Review study. Another possible explanation? The fact that Harvard has been fetishized and featured in TV shows and movies ranging from Gilmore Girls to How High to The Social Network. To be fair, Meth and Red's fits were always on point. Regardless, shout out to all you fashionable nerds out there.
