Another MTV Awards show, another Miley Cyrus scandal. This time it wasn't Miley's twerktastic performance that made headlines, but her blazing a joint of Amsterdam's finest while receiving the Best Video award at this weekend's MTV Europe Music Awards.
But before Miley made it to the Ziggo Dome, she walked the red carpet in a sexy micro dress adorned with the faces of Biggie and Tupac on each butt cheek, along with the words "Please Stop." Makaveli and Big Poppa appear on the front as well, with the phrase "The Violence." Perhaps her award-show antics were inspired by the outfit. On Miley's right breast, Biggie can be seen blazing a blunt.
