New year, new jewelry. These celebrities started off 2025 with a bang.

Grills celebrated milestone anniversaries and accentuated looks at the Golden Globes. Two of the biggest rappers in the world got diamond pendants made for their mascots. And a hip-hop legend now has a Lego version of himself to hang around his neck.

Check out our picks for the top 5 jewelry purchases of January 2025, below.

5. Ayo Edebiri’s Grills

Jeweler: Mental Gardens Jewelry

Ayo Edebiri paid homage to Julia Roberts for her look at the 2025 Golden Globes, but made sure to add unique touches that made it all her own. One of them was a gold feather-shaped tie, courtesy of Jonathan Anderson’s Loewe. The other was a grill from Florida-based jeweler Mental Gardens. The custom set featured four top and three bottom borders that acted as windows to her actual pearly whites. Our eyes were immediately drawn to them in every photo of the The Bear star we saw that night.

4. Drake’s Anita Max Wynn Chain

Jeweler: Jason of Beverly Hills

One month before his “Anita Max Wynn” tour kicks off in Australia, Drake hit up Jason of Beverly Hills to commemorate the trip down under. Jason has been a go-to jeweler for Drake throughout his career who has crafted things like Tupac Jesus pieces and Raptors championship rings. This time, the California-based jeweler cooked up a new chain based on Drake’s gambling alter ego, Anita Max Wynn. The four-eyed cartoon face hangs from multicolored links. The backside of the diamond pendant also features a secret doorway that opens to reveal Toronto landmarks like the CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena. According to TMZ Hip Hop, the pendant is made of over 6.5 pounds of gold and 250 carats of flawless diamonds. It must take a lot of wins to afford that.

3. N.O.R.E.’s Lego Chain

Jeweler: Rafaello and Co.

N.O.R.E. paid a visit to Rafaello and Co. to immortalize his Lego likeness from Pharell’s Piece by Piece movie in diamonds. As cool as the Lego-fied character is, our favorite elements of this custom are the gold, silver, and bronze Lego bricks throughout the chain. The end result is one of the most fun jewelry designs we’ve seen in quite some time.

2. Joe Freshgoods’ ‘Aged Well’ Grills

Jeweler: Gabby Elan

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of his New Balance partnership, Joe Freshgoods got two new grills made. The first is a set that spells out “Aged Well” in diamonds and gold across his top row of teeth. The second is a full mosaic set that utilizes the color palette of dusty reds and oranges that will cover his upcoming New Balance 992 collab. Some of you may remember that Joe announced his NB partnership back in 2019 by flaunting an NB logo diamond ring, so this is a nice second chapter. Quite a way to celebrate success.

1. Tyler, the Creator’s Darryl Chain

Jeweler: Alex Moss

Tyler, the Creator loves Airedale Terriers. The dog breed has become a mainstay in his music videos, brand visuals, and is even featured prominently across his various clothing designs from T-shirts to Louis Vuitton belt buckles. So it should come as no surprise that Tyler finally got a diamond chain made to represent his favorite canines. More specifically, the pendant represents Darryl, the official mascot for le Fleur*. Tyler and Alex Moss are accumulating quite the collection.
