In 2022, collaborations rule the fashion world. And there are some big ones hitting racks this week.
The highlight of the week for many people is going to be Palace’s capsule with Y-3. But that isn’t the only drop worth paying attention to. End. Clothing is releasing some casino-inspired goods with Needles, Supreme taps into its New York roots with a new capsule of Yankees gear, Denim Tears is releasing some bedazzled versions of its most popular designs, and Jeff Staple is providing a great addition to the stack of books on your coffee table.

Palace continues its impressive run of big name collaborations this Friday with the debut of its capsule with Y-3. Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas’ label celebrates its 20th anniversary through this partnership with the London skate brand. Items include puffers covered in floral prints, co-branded souvenir jackets, tracksuits, knit sweaters, soccer jerseys, and an array of accessories including a Palace x Y-3 soccer ball.
Denim Tears Swarovski Collection

Tremaine Emory’s Denim Tears has just released its latest round of apparel adorned with Swarovski crystals. Dubbed “Bust Down Tears,” the capsule includes the brand’s signature Cotton Wreath jeans and trucker jackets in various colors complete with crystallized cotton wreaths, logo T-shirts and hoodies, and a trucker cap. Act fast. There will only be 300 Swarovski Cotton Wreath 501s and Type-2 trucker jackets available.
End. Clothing x Needles

End. Clothing’s latest collaboration is with popular Japanese brand Needles. The capsule features one of Needles’ signature tracksuits, a mohair cardigan and short sleeve button-up each adorned with the symbols for suits of playing cards, and a bermuda hat. Along with the apparel, End. Clothing and Needles also tapped Blackstock & Weber to create a special pair of penny loafers with a club stitched on the left toe and spade stitched on the right toe.
Supreme x New York Yankees

A new Chicago flagship isn’t the only thing that Supreme is celebrating this week. The brand is also dropping its latest New York Yankees collab on Thursday morning. The iconic Yankees logos are placed beside kanji on leather varsity jackets, camo hoodies and sweatpants, and New Era fitteds.
Jeff Staple Rizzoli Book

Streetwear veteran Jeff Staple has just released his own book with Rizzoli, Jeff Staple: Not Just Sneakers, that documents his 25-year career. The 256-page book features archival sketches, drawings, never-before-seen photography, and contributions from legendary figures like Hiroshi Fujiwara and Futura. A deluxe edition, limited to 950 units, complete with a clamshell storage box and T-shirt will also be available. Staple has also created a small capsule of merch to celebrate the release that includes a hoodie and bag collaboration with Porter.
Brooklyn Circus x Lee

Brooklyn Circus has collaborated with Lee on a collection inspired by Black Cowboys and the significance of Black cultural influence on the west. Items like co-branded T-shirts and sweaters, corduroy overshirts, and denim bib overalls are all available. The two standouts are a classic varsity jacket complete with an image of a Black Cowboy embroidered across the back and selvedge denim jacket with a tan corduroy collar and chainstitched branding hits.

Blackstock & Weber recently unveiled the lookbook for its Fall/Winter 2022 season, which depicts a casual lifestyle in the Hamptons. Founder Chris Echevarria’s latest contemporary takes on the classic penny loafer feature sage green and tobacco suede uppers, respectively, and sit atop Vibram gum soles.
Honor the Gift

Russell Westbrook’s Honor the Gift has just debuted its Holiday 2022 collection. Titled “Defined,” the 145-piece offerings utilizes a minimal black, white, and grey color palette across pieces like suede work jackets, preppy v-neck sweaters, all-over print knits, puff print hoodies, wide leg sweatpants covered in graphics, wax denim trucker jackets, and more.
Percvial x Throwing Fits

The Throwing Fits podcast has just released its latest collab, a pair of soccer jerseys with Percival just in time for the 2022 World Cup. Short and long sleeve options are both up for grabs. Each features an all-over diamond pattern and small logo hits printed across the chest.
Opening Ceremony x Dickies

Opening Ceremony and Dickies have linked up for some special takes on classic workwear. Work pants and jackets have been given a twist through the use of premium fabrics like bouclé tweed, while utility jeans and jackets are offered in velvet denim.

Younes Bendjima’s Studio FY7 has dropped off a new collection of apparel. Bendjima’s take on logo T-shirts, caps, and embroidered crewnecks for his brand are meant to nod to the style he grew up embracing in the ‘90s.
Moose Knuckles x Eckhaus Latta

Moose Knuckles and Eckhaus Latta have come together for their second collaboration. The collection features floor-length puffer coats, vests, cropped puffers, and more in various colorways. To celebrate the collab, ice sculptures were erected in locations around SoHo and the Lower East Side that encased pieces from the collection. Once the ice melted, the items inside were up for grabs to whoever claimed them.
Pangaia x Timberland

Pangaia brings its sustainable approach to the iconic Timberland 6-Inch Boot for its latest collab. Each boot is partially constructed of renewable materials like responsibly grown rubber, abaca plant fiber, and organically grown cotton. Tonal Galaxy Pink, Palm Green, and Wheat colorways are all available. Pangaia’s signature branding elements like a logo on the medial heel and text written across the ankle collar complete the vibrant designs. The two brands have also crafted a slip-on mule. A portion of the proceeds from this collaboration will be going to the Tomorrow Tree Fund, created to support grassroots NGOs with a commitment to plant, protect, and restore trees around the globe.
