This rare photo of Fidel Castro was recently spotted over at online archive, Retronaut. The image above features the former Cuban leader holding up a t-shirt that reads, "I Love New York". Considering the man's deteriorating health and the quality of the photo, we're assuming this was captured sometime during the late 1980s or early 1990s.
