ComplexCon 2024 brought together over 300 brands from around the world, many of whom released exclusive collections on-site. Out of the thousands of products that filled the booths at the Las Vegas Convention Center, below are the items that actually got us Complex staff opening up our wallets. From apparel exclusive to Complex to collaboration accessories and first-time brands debuting at our Shop, below is Complex’s very own curated list of purchased goods to whet your shopping appetite.
Hajime Sorayama Skull Zip Up Hoodie
While strolling the floor of the Las Vegas Convention Center, I caught sight of a metallic booth which stood out amongst the other ComplexCon vendors. It turned out to be a display of Hajime Sorayama’s collaboration capsule with Complex. After a quick scan of the merch, I ended up purchasing the black Skull Zip Up Hoodie. I love zip up hoodies as they allow me to easily change and layer with a T-shirt underneath. The double skulls on the chest are a really nice accent as well. My favorite detail has to be the large sexy robot print on the back. It’s futuristic and interesting enough to be a conversation-starter. Lastly, the quality of the materials is what ultimately led me to follow through with my purchase. There’s a heavy feel to the fabric, but it’s breathable. Overall, I’ll find this piece in my weekly rotation for sure. -Jermaine Dyson, Production Coordinator
Vandy the Pink x Thug Club Burger Crossbody Bag
I love that two Korean entities halfway around the globe from each other linked up for this year’s ComplexCon. Thug Club put a gothic spin on Vandy the Pink’s beloved burger for an exclusive mini crossbody bag. There are two versions—silver and black—but I’d opt for the more subtle one. -YJ Lee, Head of Style
Crocs Echo Wave
Everyone should have a pair of cozy mules in their rotation for leisurely grocery runs or lazy days around the house in some sweats. The Echo Wave is a great option. It offers all the comfort and convenience of Crocs’ classic clogs in a much more stylish package. -Mike DeStefano, Senior Writer
Run-DMC Limited Edition GAS Cracked Ice Foil Trading Card Set
Forty years ago, Run-DMC—three 20-year-olds from Hollis, Queens—released their self-titled album and forever changed the trajectory of rap music. In honor of that achievement, GAS launched the Old School Hip-Hop collection honoring them as the 1984 rookies of the year. The four-card set features individual portraits of Run, DMC, and Jam Master Jay, as well as one group shot. -Dimas Sanfiorenzo, Music Editor
Psychworld x LUGZ Limited Edition Tech Boot
The Psychworld LUGZ are low-key enough to fit into my style which isn’t very flashy, but they have enough personality with the pops of green. The contrast stitching just adds that little bit of interest I look for in items. -Jamal Desroches, Style Social Creator
Midnight Organic Hoodie
The only things I bought at ComplexCon were at the Midnight Organic booth. I remember walking around and coming across the Corvette Stingray filled with oranges. I said “Ey ey ey ey.” Ended up with a Midnight Organic hoodie with the embroidered logo on the back and two shirts; those were an instant “sock it to me.” The hoodie and shirts were all high-quality cloth which makes me super excited to rock around the office as I spit Larry June ad libs. Numbers. -Alejandro De Jesus, Senior Producer
Bristol Studios Lakers Triple Hem Shorts
As a native Angeleno, I have to rep my home team. These Bristol Studio shorts bring me back to schoolyard days. They're perfect for running errands around town or dressing up when the summer sun rolls in. -Jared Matias, Marketing Manager
Louis De Guzman x Sonic The Hedgehog Shadow Jersey
I was immediately transported back to my childhood when I saw this collab, of the days I spent hours on Nintendo running through the golden hoops. The jersey features the mysterious, dark counterpart to Sonic, Shadow the Hedgehog, bringing back nostalgia in style. -Shinnie Park, Style Writer
Fried Rice Signature Hoodie
If I had the budget, I honestly would have bought one of everything at the Fried Rice ComplexCon booth. I ended up copping two things, but one item I plan on getting later is the red Fried Rice Signature Hoodie. Hands down, it’s the most comfortable hoodie I’ve ever tried on. Founder Maya’s hands were definitely blessed by God when she made this. The way it hangs on the body, with the perfect oversized yet fitted look, is chef's kiss. -Unique Chapman, Social Video Strategist
Feature x Bape Sta OS M2 Sneaker
You can pay three and buy yourself some Bapestas. OK, so they don’t look quite like the golden-era Bapestas, but for anyone who’s nostalgic for that era, this shiny Air Force 1 rip (sorry Bape lawyers) in black and red will do just fine. -Brenden Dunne, Head of Sneakers
