Snarkitecture Will Design an Exclusive Installation at Our Inaugural ComplexCon

Details on Snarkitecture's exclusive installation at our culture festival ComplexCon.

Complex has added design studio Snarkitecture to the lineup for our first ever culture festival, ComplexCon, which will open this coming November.

Snarkitecture, co-founded by artist Daniel Arsham and designer/architect Alex Mustonen, will design an exclusive installation in their signature style at the event. The installation will be open to all of those who attend ComplexCon.

"We're excited to create an unexpected and memorable experience for visitors to ComplexCon," the artists said. "One of the goals of Snarkitecture is to transform aspects of the everyday into the extraordinary, and we look forward to inviting people to a transformative moment within the fair."

In the past, Snarkitecture has made a pillow for Beats by Dre, two stage designs for En Noir, an entrance pavilion for Design Miami/ The New Museum, and designed Kith's Brooklyn store. Arsham, a favorite of Usher's, also recently worked with the singer on the artwork for his new singles, "No Limit" and "Crash."

ComplexCon is a festival experience with concerts, panels and conversations, shopping, art, food, and more. In other words, we're bringing everything you're interested in in one place. In addition to Snarkitecture, we've also tapped Pharrell, as the Cultural Director and Host Committee Chair, and Takashi Murakami, as part of the event's Host Committee.

The event will take place in Long Beach, CA from Nov. 5 to Nov. 6. See you there.
