NASA has collaborated with Oxcart Assembly and Golf Wang to produce its newest wardrobe for its astronauts.

NASA’s on-air team will wear the pieces for the Artemis Mission broadcast that begins on Sept. 3. The collection includes all-weather jackets, custom Chuck 70s in collaboration with Converse, wool caps, patches, and more. Oxcart also partnered with RTV (Return to Vendor), Ebbets Field Flannel, Velcro Companies, and VistaPrint for the wardrobe.

“This was an exciting project, and an honor to be a part of history,” Jeff Jetton, Oxcart Assembly co-founder and CEO told collectSPACE.com. “We are truly excited for this launch, as well as future missions.”

Oxcart and NASA have worked together before on NASA’s “Launch America” broadcasts and on-air jackets. This time around, Oxcart linked with Golf Wang and its Powered by Golf creative arm to create a collection reflective of modern fashion and to draw the attention of Golf’s young audience to NASA’s mission.

The collection will debut at 12:15 p.m. ET on Saturday, two hours and two minutes before NASA’s Space Launch System rocket will take off into space with the Artemis 1 Orion spacecraft. The moon mission will last 38 days.

“With the commencement of the first test of the SLS that will return humans to the lunar surface, Oxcart Assembly has made sure that NASA can do it in style,” Jetton said.

Alongside on-air commentators outfitted in the new collection will be appearances from Keke Palmer, Chris Evans, and Jack Black, plus performances from Josh Groban, Herbie Hancock, and Yo-Yo Ma.

Unfortunately, the collection isn’t for sale and will only be available to NASA commentators when they appear on-air for the Artemis launch and future missions—and the label indicates as much.

“These wardrobe items are not intended for re-sale and have been procured according to a rental agreement with the U.S. government,” the label says. “All items remain property of Oxcart Assembly & Golf Wang and must be returned promptly after usage unless purchased by a NASA employee according to proper legal procedures set forth by NASA Office of the General Counsel.”
