Berlin-based artists Julius von Bismarck and Julian Charriere completed the project "Pigeon Apparatus" for the Venice Biennale, dying thirty five pigeons various vibrant colors to resemble tropical birds. Apparently the birds were sprayed with non-harmful dyes, before being released back into the outdoors. While seemingly a harmful project, perhaps there is art to it. Opinions are welcomed in the comments.
