In light of the anniversary of 9/11 yesterday, NASA re-released this image of smoke rising from Manhattan, after two planes crashed into the World Trade Center. The image was released in memory of the victims of the terrorist attacks. It's shocking to realize that the devastation was apparent from such a high aerial view, too.
