YG redesigned his pop-up shop at Born x Raised in Los Angeles on Friday and unveiled the new collaborative collection that will now be available at the store.
Born x Raised remains a perfect collaboration partner for the L.A. rapper. The brand is all about celebrating the tough gritty side of Los Angeles that YG is also very much about. YG models the collection, which features a number of items that combine the brand name and YG's latest album, Still Brazy. The result is Born x Krazy black, white, red, and blue hats, socks, hoodies, T-shirts, sweaters, and bandanas. Tees feature the American flag and a cross draped in flowers on the back of them.
YG continues the trend of musicians hooking up with designers for legit merch with this collab. Justin Bieber worked with Fear of God's Jerry Lorenzo, Chance the Rapper released customizable merch when Coloring Book dropped, and Travi$ Scott teamed with Maharishi. Plus, Kanye West's The Life of Pablo clothing could hardly be considered just merch anymore.
