Only a couple seasons in, A-COLD-WALL*, the brand founded by Samuel Ross, who has worked closely with Virgil Abloh, is already pinpointing a very clear aesthetic. Much of the first threeA-COLD-WALL* collections have brought a gritty, workwear vibe to the table and a behind-the-scenes video of the brand's Spring/Summer 2015 campaign hammers that home.
The grainy VHS footage documents the creation of the brand's latest lookbook, which featured workwear staples deconstructed; think tweaked overcoats and inverted shorts. The video captures Ross' creative direction and brings MRWIZE's photography to life while a soundtrack of grime hits plays—Yeezus gets a brief run in the middle.
