Cardi B's ventures into fashion is not that far off from being as successful as her music career. TMZ reports the "Bodak Yellow" rapper's second line with Fashion Nova outperformed her first, which sold out within minutes. Her latest made over $1 million in under 24 hours. Nova prepared themselves this time around, producing around five times as much stock for the clothing items.
Despite this increase in production, they're still reportedly struggling to meet the rabid demand for her new collection. Nasdaq even congratulated Cardi for the widely successful launch with a billboard in Times Square.
Cardi B welcomed the launch of her second collaboration with Fashion Nova with a huge concert event in Hollywood, inviting Lil Nas X to perform his No. 1 hit "Old Town Road" at the festivities.
