Beats by Dre has partnered with beloved Japanese Graphic Artist Verdy to release a collectible Beats Pill holder.

The hyper-limited drop—which can be seen with a close-up shot below—sees the introduction of "Vear," a bear character that holds up the latest Beats Pill. It’s Verdy's first character design since becoming a father, and the cute and playful design reflects that. The drop will be available starting August 30 exclusively on Complex for $500 USD.

To coincide with the arrival of the collaboration, Verdy created a short animation to introduce Vear to the world, entitled "Another Day in the Life of Vear." The holder perfectly pairs with the new Beats Pill.

Earlier this year, Verdy served as the artistic director for ComplexCon Hong Kong. Verdy has also worked with brands such as Nike for the "Visty" SB Dunk, Kenzo, Dover Street Market, Levi’s, McDonalds, Instagram, and more.
