The NFL season is rolling along. Week 8 is already here and we might have the greatest Thursday Night Football matchup in league history with the undefeated Arizona Cardinals hosting the Green Bay Packers. Even though Aaron Rodgers will be without a few playmakers, this game will still feature two of the best teams in the NFC.
As always, the Complex sports team is providing you guys with picks for every single game this week, and as you can see from the standings below, things are getting tight in the rankings.
Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals
Point Spread: ARI -6
Network: FOX/Amazon Prime
Chopz: I’m going to take the Packers, even with some COVID issues. The Cardinals are due for a loss and Rodgers is a baaaaaaaaad man.
Adam: Aaron Rodgers getting points and straight up.
Zion: Cardinals.
Angel: Even with DeVante out, I was leaning Packers so I’ll stick to my guns here. No JJ Watt will make ARod’s night a little easier. Green Bay hands the Cards their first loss.
Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills
Point Spread: BUF -13.5
Network: CBS
Chopz: Bills roll.
Adam: Bills have won six straight over the Dolphins. Make it seven.
Zion: Bills.
Angel: Bills win but I think it may be closer than people expect. I feel like the Fins are gonna rally around Tua? I don’t know, just a feeling.
Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons
Point Spread: ATL -3
Network: FOX
Chopz: The Panthers were indeed frauds. I’ll take Atlanta.
Adam: Falcons have won six straight over the Panthers. That streak ends.
Zion: Falcons.
Angel: Carolina has lost four in a row. I think they get back on track for at least a game and take the Falcons down on the road.
Philadelphia Eagles at Detroit Lions
Point Spread: PHI -3.5
Network: FOX
Chopz: This is it. The Lions finally win a game this week.
Adam: After losing their Super Bowl last weekend in Los Angeles, the Lions are due for the letdown. Rolling with the Eagles despite playing away from Philly.
Zion: Eagles.
Angel: I wanna go Eagles here, but Detroit has been in most of their games and are due for one.
Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts

Network: CBS
Chopz: The Titans are rolling but these games against the Colts are always close. I’ll take the Colts here at home.
Adam: AFC South rivals have split their last 10 meetings. I’ll bet the same defense that stifled Patrick Mahomes can do the same against Carson Wentz. Titans.
Zion: Titans.
Angel: This spread is tricking me, but I’m still going Titans.
Los Angeles Rams at Houston Texans

Chopz: Rams by a lot.
Adam: Los Angeles.
Zion: Rams.
Angel: Rams get an easy one on the road.
Cincinnati Bengals at New York Jets

Chopz: Bengals roll here.
Adam: Just. End. The. Season. Bengals
Zion: Bengals.
Angel: Cincy easy. I’m starting to believe!
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns

Chopz: Browns make it three straight wins against the Steelers.
Adam: Steelers are fired up after hearing Mike Tomlin thinks USC ain’t all that. He’s right.
Zion: Browns.
Angel: Browns should be the better team, yeah? I think the Steelers pull off the upset on the road and get behind their coach for having to deal with those bullshit USC rumors all week.
San Francisco 49ers at Chicago Bears

Chopz: SF has to win this game, right? I’ll take the 49ers on the road.
Adam: Bears because I need an upset.

Angel: Some interesting games this Sunday. I gotta take the Niners here. No Khalil Mack, Nagy has the ‘rona, Bears are a mess.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Seattle Seahawks

Chopz: Can’t believe I’m saying this but give me Urban and the Jags on the road.
Adam: Even with Geno Smith still under center, it’s a get right game for the Seahawks.

Angel: I can’t bring myself to pick the Jags here. I’ll take Seattle and the 12th man here.
New England Patriots at Los Angeles Chargers

Chopz: I’ll take the Chargers here because they simply have the better team.
Adam: Chargers haven’t beaten the Patriots since 2008!?! LA all the way.
