In case you still had any doubts about Serena Williams' GOAT status (but seriously, why would you?), the tennis champion is here to prove you wrong again.
Williams won her first Grand Slam match since giving birth to a baby girl, Alexis Olympia, in September 2017. During the French Open against Czech Republic's Kristyna Pliskova, Williams earned a 7-6, 6-4 victory. And she did it all in a sleek black catsuit.
"Catsuit anyone? For all the moms out there who had a tough recovery from pregnancy—here you go. If I can do it, so can you. Love you all!!" read her celebratory tweet, noting the blood clots on her lungs that were found after she gave birth.
Williams husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, who's known for his showing support in public ways, also shared some love for her catsuit by calling it a "superhero outfit."
Williams also won the Australian Open while pregnant last year along with 22 other Grand Slams over her career. But Williams seems to be eyeing the chance to break the world record of 24 Grand Slam wins currently held by the Australian tennis star, Margaret Court.
"To be honest, there’s something really attractive about the idea of moving to San Francisco and just being a mom,” she told Vogue in January. "But not yet. Maybe this goes without saying, but it needs to be said in a powerful way: I absolutely want more Grand Slams. I’m well aware of the record books, unfortunately. It’s not a secret that I have my sights on 25."
