Vince McMahon was reportedly in a serious car accident that wrecked his 2024 Bentley car.

TMZ reports that the legendary wrestling figure’s accident happened around nine in the morning on July 24 in Connecticut. According to the platform, McMahon rammed his vehicle into the back of a 2023 BMW 430 and then collided with a median wooden-beam guardrail.

The collision sent debris flying on the two-lane highway where it happened, hitting a Ford Fusion vehicle that then got entangled in the accident. Luckily, all three drivers were wearing their seatbelts.

For his part in causing the accident, McMahon was reportedly issued a misdemeanor summons for reckless driving and following too closely, resulting in an accident. He’ll appear in court next month because of this.

Photos from the scene show how bad the accident was. McMahon’s Bentley appears clearly mangled, with severe damage to both sides of the car around near the front tires. His driver-side feeder appears scraped and dented, while glass from a back tail light is missing.

McMahon’s crash happened on the same day that wrestling legend Hulk Hogan died. McMahon posted a lengthy message about Hogan on X that same day, after the accident.

“The world lost a treasure today. Hulk Hogan was the greatest WWE Superstar of ALL TIME, someone who was loved and admired around the world,” wrote McMahon.

“He gave everything he had to the audience whom he appreciated, respected and loved,” McMahon added. “He leaves us with one of his favorite expressions, ‘Train, take your vitamins and say your prayers,’ ” McMahon wrote, adding, “Today, we pray for him.”
