As the World Cup kicks off, JD has teamed up with creator collective The Bov Boys for Race to the Game, a new content series that sees Angry Ginge, Tays, Chazza, Heinz and Jakey hit the road throughout the tournament.
Beginning at Bov Boys House in New York City, which serves as the group's tournament base throughout the World Cup, the creators will split into two teams and travel between host cities as they race to England's World Cup fixtures, taking on football-inspired challenges, surprise tasks and creator collaborations as they compete for points. At the end of the journey, one team will be crowned the overall winner.
To help them along the way, each team will be handed one of JD's signature yellow duffle bags, complete with a challenge book, challenge checklist, three lifelines and a sabotage card that can be used to slow down their rivals. Additional twists and challenges will be introduced throughout the series, ensuring every point counts as the race unfolds.
Throughout their journey, the creators will link up with a mix of established and emerging talent from across the US, including Action Bronson, Dude Perfect, Janella Hernandez, New York Nico and more, with each stop bringing a fresh set of challenges and collaborations.
Before setting off, The Bov Boys were put through their paces at a special edition of Baller School, hosted by one of England's brightest young stars, Nico O'Reilly. Testing everything from football knowledge to technical ability, the session offered a taste of the pressure that comes with representing your country on football's biggest stage.
The series begins in New York before heading to cities including Dallas, Boston and Los Angeles, tracking England's World Cup fixtures along the way.
Fans can follow every episode, challenge and result via a dedicated Bov Boys Hub, a digital home for the series, and across JD's social channels (@jdsports) throughout the tournament.
