We all know Ryan Braun used PEDs after he accepted his punishment of a 65-game ban. After about a month, Braun decided to release a formal statement apologizing for his actions and more. Here's a portion of the statement:
Braun also apologized to Dino Laurenzi Jr., the collector whose mishandling of Braun's urine sample led an arbitrator to throw out his suspension for a failed drug test early last year.
Braun hopes to earn back the trust of many people from fellow players to fans, but that's going to be a tough one. After such a strong denial, it's going to be hard to earn back the trust of his peers. Braun might as well kiss the Hall of Fame goodbye.
