Tiger Woods' Ex-Girlfriend Is Reportedly Looking to Break Her NDA

Tiger Woods is reportedly threatening his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith if she does not abide by a non-disclosure agreement and keep quiet about their 2017 break-up.

Just as Tiger Woods seemed to be mounting a formidable comeback in the golf world, it looks like his off-the-course mischief is rearing its ugly head once again. According to TMZ Sports, Woods and his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith are currently in a heated legal battle regarding a non-disclosure agreement Woods made Smith sign after their 2017 break-up.

Now, Smith wants out of the agreement, and it's not exactly the most straightforward process. Woods and Smith dated from 2015 to 2017 and are currently in arbitration centered around the NDA as mentioned earlier.

The report claims that Smith believes Woods cheated on her in 2017, which led to their eventual split. To prevent another PR-firestorm like the one that tarnished the clean reputation of the most prominent name in professional golf and exposed him as a sex-addicted adulterer years before, Woods offered Smith an undisclosed amount of money to sign an NDA to and keep quiet about the specifics of them ending their relationship.

While Woods might have thought he was out of the woods (pun intended), Smith is now saying that the agreement is not enforceable. TMZ's sources claim that he has threatened to leak embarrassing pictures of her if she speaks, probably not the best way to keep his semi-refurbished image clean as he tries to resurrect a career that has fallen off a cliff.

Any further information regarding the legal dispute is not available at this time, but it probably wasn't information Tiger wanted to surface as he gears up for a solid outing at the Masters Tournament this weekend.
