In sports, six seconds is all it takes for amazing to happen. Six seconds was all it took for Michael Jordan to take a dribble to his right, cross to his left, step back, and stick a jumper for his sixth ring. Six seconds was all it took for Eli Manning to shed a tackle and toss a football that David Tyree pinned to his helmet. Six seconds was all it for Chris Bosh to pull down an offensive rebound and kick it out to Ray Allen for a game-tying bucket. It’s no surprise then that athletes do some pretty incredible things on Vine. Here are 10 inspirational athletes you should be following.

Jan Vesely

Denver forward Jan Vesely made six-second videos go viral before Vine existed. His famous draft night kiss with girlfriend Eva Viteckova (which seemed to last well beyond six seconds) might be the highlight of his young NBA career. It’s no surprise then that Vesely is a wizard on Vine. This video of Vesely rebounding for and passing to himself during a shooting drill, for example, show that you can practice like an NBA player—without paying for a trainer.

Blair Walsh

Talk about loving your job. As Vikings kicker Blair Walsh chronicles in this Vine, Minnesota holder Jeff Locke loves his work so much he brings it with him to the shower and the laundry room. Even if this clip doesn’t inspire you to log overtime next week, the videos of Walsh banging 65-yard field goals should at least inspire you not to skip leg day.

Nate Robinson

To get to the NBA at 5-9 (and that’s “5-9”) you’ve got to be able to do more than just jump high. You’ve got to be able to jump through walls, too. Follow Nate, and you’ll be inspired to turn the impossible into reality. Do some calf raises, too.

Sydney Leroux

Videos posted by Leroux—a forward on the U.S. women’s national soccer team—won’t exactly inspire you to hit the weight room. But this video of her and Alex Morgan dressed as Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus will certainly inspire you to step up your game next time Halloween rolls around.

Russell Westbrook

For anyone rehabbing an injury, you have this moment to look forward to. (Actually, maybe wait an extra two weeks before you ditch the crutch.)

Monique Lamoureux

Forward Monique Lamoureux has posted some videos of brutal workouts that she and her teammates on the U.S. women’s national ice hockey team completed before leaving for Sochi. One clip shows a player doing pull-ups with a 25-pound weight strapped on.

Josh Childress

Even if you were one of the few to land a pair of the Nike Air Yeezy 2s, Josh Childress will inspire you to step up your kick game.

Lolo Jones

Getting to the Olympics is impressive. Getting to both the Summer and Winter Games is unbelievable. After competing in the 100M hurdles at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Games, Jones competed in Sochi with the U.S. bobsled team. On Vine, Jones offers a glimpse into what it takes to become an elite athlete, whether it’s getting acupuncture, eating healthy, or hitting the weight room.

Lance Stephenson

It’s hard to watch the Pacer guard’s videos—clips of Stephenson, sweat dripping off his body, hoisting jumpers—and not want to go lace up your sneakers. Or at least fire up 2K.

Stephen Curry

Want to make it to the NBA (or Rec League) All-Star Game? Take your cue from Curry and never pass up an opportunity to get in some cardio or work on your game.
