Rampage Jackson is going viral after an awkward and humorous moment during a jiu-jitsu training session forced him to call for a brief break.

In a video circulating on social media, Jackson is seen practicing grappling techniques with a female training partner while a coach explains a move. As the woman straddles the former UFC champion, who is lying on his back, the trainer walks them through positioning and balance. But things quickly take an unexpected turn.

Jackson can be seen trying to shift his body and gently push his partner away before finally stopping the drill altogether.

“Switch places with me,” Jackson tells the trainer before adding, “I’m getting bricked up.”

The room immediately bursts into laughter as the woman steps off, and Jackson walks away to collect himself.

The clip spread rapidly across platforms, and not long after it went viral, Jackson addressed the situation on X (formerly Twitter) with a tongue-in-cheek response.

“I’m done coaching,” he wrote.

Known for his outspoken personality and sense of humor, Rampage has often leaned into viral moments rather than shying away from them and this was no exception.

Jackson, a former UFC light heavyweight champion and MMA Hall of Famer, has remained active in combat sports media and training since retiring from professional fighting.

While the incident may have been uncomfortable in the moment, it’s another memorable and humorous chapter in Rampage Jackson’s long history of viral moments.
