Noah Lyles Shoved by Kenny Bednarek After 200 Meters Win at U.S. Nationals

Tensions flared as Kenny Bednarek shoved Noah Lyles after he lost the 200m final at the U.S. Track & Field Championships.

Noah Lyles and Kenny Bednarek had a tense exchange during and after the 200-meter final at the U.S. U.S. track championships.

On Sunday, Lyles, the reigning world champion, was shoved by Bednarek as he surged past him in the final stretch to win with an insane time of 19.63 seconds. The two sprinters then continued jawing at each other way past the finish line during a post-race interview.

“I tell ya, if you’ve got a problem, I expect a call,” Bednarek told Lyles, who quickly responded, “You know what, you’re right. You’re right. Let’s talk after this.” Watch below.
