The Chicago Bulls are reviving one of their most beloved looks — with some help from team legend Dennis Rodman.

On Tuesday, the team announced that the iconic black and red pinstripe jerseys that were first made famous during the franchise's legendary '90s era are officially making a comeback for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

The big reveal came courtesy of Bulls legend Dennis Rodman, who helped immortalize the uniform during the team's second three-peat.

Rodman appeared in a video teasing the new design under his jacket, sparking immediate excitement among fans.

"Pinstripes are back, baby," said Rodman in the clip.

Current Bulls guard Coby White and forward Matas Buzelis also joined in on the celebration, showing off the revamped threads in a follow-up social media post. The jerseys, which originally debuted in the mid-'90s and made brief returns during the 2007-08 and 2012-13 seasons, will now serve as the team's official "statement edition" uniform.

The updated design keeps the bold pinstripe aesthetic but introduces a few modern upgrades. Notably, the front of the jersey now reads "Chicago" instead of "Bulls," and the shorts feature a waistband adorned with the stars from the city's flag.

While the Bulls have experimented with pinstripes in recent years, most recently with a black-and-white version during the 2019-20 season, this new edition leans heavily into the retro vibe fans have been asking for. The uniform will make its public debut at Bulls Fest later this month, giving fans a close-up look before the full merchandise line drops on October 15.

The Bulls aren't the only team bringing back the retro vibes next season, as the Minnesota Timberwolves are rumored to be joining in on the fun. According to Forbes NBA contributor Evan Sidery, the T'Wolves are returning to the vintage black jerseys worn during the era of NBA Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett.
