Ashton Hall might have been on the receiving end of some foot race Ls this past week, but he's working on rectifying this with a new routine.

On Friday (June 13), Hall shared a video (check it out below), which is equal parts hilarious and oddly emotional, after being defeated four times in foot races by popular streamer IShowSpeed.

The video opens with Hall sitting in a bathtub at 5:03 p.m., frustration etched on his face, before hurling a ball at a television screen in a burst of rage. Moments later, he's seen solemnly eating grapes while crying over the loss with bandages visibly wrapped around his toes — likely a result of his intense races with Speed.

Hall then bounces back and gets ready by getting dressed and answering a phone call from someone named "Nephew" and says, "We fell short, but I'ma keep going."

Things get odd from there as Hall goes to a restaurant and pulls out a mysterious pink substance labeled "Secret Powder" and stirs it into a glass of water. Without offering any explanation, he drinks it casually while eating. He then sets a series of alarms on his phone for 3:50am, 3:51am, 3:52am and 3:53am — teasing a new morning routine that he hopes will help him bounce back from the recent losses.

This isn't Hall's first video since getting swept by Speed in the foot races. Right after the race, Hall argued with Speed about the race results but finally admitted that he was beaten "fair and square."

"I got caught in the sauce," said Hall. Speed, on the other hand, talked trash and claimed, "It ain't Ashton Hall anymore it's Ashton Fraud yall."
