Since the surveillance video of Kareem Huntattacking a woman at a Cleveland hotel surfaced, things keep getting worse for Kareem Hunt. In addition to being released from his team in real life, his video game avatar will be facing the same treatment.

On Tuesday, EA informed TMZ Sportsthe former Kansas City Chiefs running back will be removed from Madden NFL 19 altogether. An EA representative said that the company is "in the process of removing Kareem Hunt from the Madden NFL 19 roster, Madden Overdrive, and Madden Ultimate Team."

Players who have picked Hunt for their Ultimate Team will be pleased to find out that, though they are cutting Hunt from the game, he will be replaced by a "generic character with identical stats." With an in game rating of 92, Hunt was ranked third overall among NFL running backs, behind Le'veon Bell's 94 and Todd Gurley II's 96.

In addition to the hotel incident that set off this whole thing, it was reported that Hunt was accused of a separate attack on a 37-year-old man in Kansas City back in January. After a police report of the incident surfaced, TMZ obtained a video that shows the aftermath of the alleged altercation. Though the incident itself wasn't in the video, Hunt can be seen visibly upset and being restrained.

The victim alleges that Hunt, along two other men, beat him unconscious at a bar right after the Chiefs were eliminated. Due to an unwillingness to cooperate, no charges were filed against Hunt and no arrests were made.
