Instead of keeping the car he won as the 2015 NBA All-Star Game MVP, Russell Westbrook gave the vehicle to a single mother.

Far too many times, we get caught up reporting the negativity surrounding your favorite athletes. Earlier today, though, Russell Westbrook gave us a reason to take the time to acknowledge the Oklahoma City Thunder star point guard for being a true class act. After scoring 41 points to help lead the Western Conference to a 163-158 win over the Eastern Conference, Westbrook was named the 2015 NBA All-Star Game MVP and given the keys to a new Kia car. But instead of keeping the vehicle to himself, Russ decided to give it to single mother, Kerstin Gonzales, with the help of Sunbeam Family Services.
