There are plenty of athletes who have their own crazy, weird and absurd superstitions. This one is pretty high up there. For the New Orleans Saints, they believe in the power of Popeyes. Yes, it's exactly what you're thinking. In an article by The Shreveport Times, the Saints' Robert Meachem and Pierre Thomas reveal that the fast food chain has played a pivotal role in their success on the road, especially during their 2009 playoff run.
