Johnny Manziel's new agent Drew Rosenhaus is giving his client an ultimatum: get help or he's gone. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Rosenhaus has informed Manziel that he will no longer represent him, if he doesn't seek out treatment.

Amid allegations that Manziel struck and threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley in late January, his agent Erik Burkhardtparted ways with the troubled quarterback one week later. After getting released by the Cleveland Browns, Rosenhaus came aboard, but Johnny Football continued to hurt his chances of returning to the NFL. The latest report claims that the former Texas A&M product was actually living with Josh Gordon after he claimed to be living with Von Miller. With each new story involving Manziel that crops up, it's becoming more and more clear that the 23-year-old needs help. Will Rosenhaus' ultimatum get through to Johnny? We can only hope so.
