There's still a few months before the 2015-16 NBA regular season gets underway. In the meantime, Dwyane Wade is spending his offseason teaching people the five d's of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and of course, dodge!

And apparently, if they don't learn, they find out the hard way. Like, taking a missile of a throw right to the chest. It's the Way of Wade.
