MADE Hoops will be making a big impact for youth basketball players to get their start.

The basketball brand has announced its new nonprofit organization dedicated to youth basketball events and experiences, along with a multi-million dollar player development center opening in New York City.

MADE Hoops is opening doors for young athletes to advance their skills with funding scholarships, training resources and facilities, community initiatives and more.

"This investment allows us to take everything we’ve built—the events, the platform, and the brand—and elevate it to new heights, which will benefit the most important part of our ecosystem: the player community," said Chad Babel, founder and CEO of MADE Hoops, in a statement shared with Complex.

"We’ve always believed in the power of grassroots basketball to change lives, and this partnership gives us the resources to make that impact even deeper."

Among MADE Hoops' first projects will be a player development center, a trailblazing basketball space intended to motivate and train the next generation of American basketball players.

Strategic investments in the project were made by SC Holdings and LRMR Ventures, with additional investors including 35V (Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman's firm) and Orlando Magic player Paolo Banchero.
