During the December 31 episode of the New Heights podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark joined the brothers to discuss everything from her recent Nike ad to her new signature shoe and how fantasy football went for her this past year.

Clark revealed that she ended up coming out last within her fantasy football league; she would have been facing some pretty crazy and creative punishments.

There were a variety of punishment options that last-place finishers could have chosen from. If the loser especially wanted to avoid these consequences, they also had the choice to pay a hefty sum to get out of the punishment.

However, if you didn’t want to dish out the cash, you would have had to make a choice between a few different penalties.

"You had options. You do a 17-hour bus ride, no phone...” Clark explained, “You just sit there. Actually, you had to take your phone because you had to livestream the whole thing on Instagram so everybody could watch to make sure you weren’t doing anything.”

If you didn’t want to spend a 17-hour bus ride staring into space, there were a couple of other undesirable punishments you could opt for. You could either choose to perform a stand-up comedy session or to attempt to take on the infamous IHOP pancake challenge.

The IHOP pancake challenge involves spending a whopping 24 hours at an IHOP. However, the more pancakes you manage to eat, the more hours you can take off from that time.

Clark credited Travis with helping her to avoid these punishments this year.

“Trav got me a lot of points this season, so I didn’t get last,” she said. “That was my only goal. It was a tough fantasy year. As long as I don’t have to do the punishment, I’m fine.”
