As you're reading this, Kevin Durant is in Europe promoting the KD8, which means he's fielding a lot of questions. Some are about shoes. Some are about basketball.

Makes sense.

One of the better inquires Durant was asked came from Spanish site NBA Maniacs and had to do with who he'd pick as his all-time starting five throughout human history, from Michael Jordan to Bill Russell to Genghis Khan. Durant snubbed both Russell and Khan but still put out a top five worthy of universal domination, provided they could all share the court together at the same time. I already spotted you MJ, but I'm gonna give you a couple spoiler-free spaces below to see if your basketball brain thinks the same way as Durant's. If your life is so busy you have no time for games, feel free to skip. You're the one who has to live with it.

Enough space? Cool. KD answered like so. (Note: If it reads kind of rough it's because it was translated. As I said Basketball Maniacs is a Spanish speaking site):

There you have it: Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan and Shaquille O'Neal. Obviously, not a lot of love for the pre-'80s, but still a formidable squad. One that'd undoubtedly demolish the league and record books (as well as the salary cap).
