Los Angeles Chargers owner Dean Spanos has denied reports that the team is "willing to consider" a move to London.

Spanos told team reporter Jason B. Hirschhorn that the report is "total fucking bullshit."

The original report comes from The Athletic's Vincent Bonsignore, who wrote that London is pushing for a permanent team, and that the Chargers are in the mix.

Per Bonsignore, the idea has been driven by the success of the NFL's London games and the issues the Chargers have faced since moving to Los Angeles. Per the report, NFL owners are "concerned" about the Chargers finding their footing in Los Angeles' "crowded sports market." Bonsignore also reports that the city's lack of "embracement" for the Chargers will only intensify once the team starts sharing a $4.5 billion stadium with the more "established" Rams.

Despite all this, the Chargers are maintaining that LA will be its home for the foreseeable future.
