The Duke of Lancaster, a decommissioned cruise liner abandoned on the coast of North Wales since 1979, has recently been re-appropriated by international street art collective DuDug. The owners of the ship have apparently been trying to make it into a tourist attraction for some time, but have faced opposition from local authorities who claim it's unsafe to visit. The group consisting of artists KIWIE, Bungle, Lora Zombie, Fatheat, and Fin DAC, have graced the ship with eight large-scale pieces and have plans to add more with hopes of bringing the plans of transforming the Duke of Lancaster into "The Funship" to fruition.
