As Nike marks the fifth anniversary of its Athlete Think Tank, the brand has unveiled the members of its fourth cohort—an elite, global lineup of athletes leading the charge in shaping the future of women’s sports.

This year’s Think Tank brings together 12 influential figures from across the sports world: Carson Pickett, Dora Atim, Erin Matson, India Sardjoe, Jess Sims, JuJu Watkins, Leah Williamson, Sanya Richards-Ross, Sha’Carri Richardson, Sophie Hahn, Sue Bird, and Tayla Harris.

Launched five years ago, the Think Tank serves as a collaborative hub where athletes provide unfiltered insight to help Nike create more inclusive products, experiences, and opportunities. Previous cohorts have played a key role in inspiring major breakthroughs—such as Nike’s Leakproof period innovation—and have supported the allocation of more than $4.4 million toward community-focused initiatives.

Athlete legends such as Serena Williams, Chloe Kim, and Sabrina Ionescu have taken part in previous cohorts, and the newest class builds on that legacy with fresh voices and new perspectives. With its ongoing mission to elevate women and girls in sport, Nike continues to turn athlete feedback into real change.

The fourth cohort’s contributions are expected to influence not just gear and apparel, but the broader cultural conversation around equity and access in sports.

Nike’s 5-year Think Tank celebration takes place May 29.
