Last night, Steph Curry fouled out of an NBA game for the first time in his career. But the conversation wasn't just about him racking up six fouls. Following the call, a frustrated Curry chucked his mouthguard (which he's been fined $25,000 for doing)—and accidentally hit a fan. But since Curry is still "America's nicest and humblest basketball player" (for now), he walked over to the fan, apologized, and shook his hands.

Twitter obviously had a field day with the vine clips. But who exactly was that fan?

Despite rumors that the fan was Cavs majority owner Dan Gilbert's son, it was in fact Andrew Forbes.

Forbes is the son of Nate Forbes, a minority stake owner in the Cleveland Cavaliers and managing partner of Forbes & Co., a national developer, owner, and manager of luxury shopping malls. His mother Catherine is the director for Camp Mak-A-Dream, a free camp program for child and young adults with cancer.

According to his Instagram, Andrew is currently enrolled in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts program at the University of Michigan, where his father also graduated. He has three other siblings—a sister Caitlin and two younger brothers, Aaron and Tony.

Andrew addressed the mouthguard incident in a series of Snapchats posted by VaynerMedia CEO Gary Vaynerchuk last night. "I was booing Steph as he got his sixth foul," he said, "and his mouthpiece hit me in the face and he was actually very polite, he came over and apologized, but we picked up a big Cavs win tonight."

We reached out and Andrew directed us to Cavs PR.
