Damian Lillard’s ex-wife has subpoenaed a woman who allegedly had a child with the NBA star.
TMZ reports that Kay’la Lillard served a woman named Justie Wolf, and is seeking details about the child, named Aura. Court documents obtained by the outlet show that Kay’la is seeking access to messages between Wolf and Damian about the kid, including messages from the period when he may have first learned he could be the father.
The subpoena also calls for paternity test results, any NDAs tied to the situation, and photographs of Lillard with the child. Wolf is contesting the subpoena, per court docs.
Damian and Kay’la were college sweethearts. They welcomed their first child, Damian Jr., in 2018, and twins, a son named Kalii, and a daughter named Kali, in January 2021. Later that year, the two wed in September.
Damian filed for divorce in 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences,” which led to “the irremediable breakdown of their marriage.”
The pair’s divorce filing indicated that in December 2022, Kay’La moved into a $2.7 million home in West Linn, Oregon, and Damian stayed in their $7.7 million West Linn home, before moving into a house in Tualatin, Oregon. The exes reportedly signed a “valid and enforceable Premarital Agreement” in August 2021.
Days after news of his divorce surfaced, Damian was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks after 11 years with the Portland Trail Blazers. He returned to Portland in 2025.
