Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is only 24 years old but already has a real estate portfolio valued at around $8 million.
The New York Post reports that Hudson purchased several New England properties just mere months after meeting the former New England Patriots coach. Her portfolio now consists of three multi-family homes in Boston, all of which she purchased in December 2023 for about $7.5 million.
Two months before that, in October, Hudson purchased a $610,000 cottage in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, which mortgage documents show is her home address.
Included in those three Boston-area homes is a newly renovated $2.2 million Dorchester townhouse, purchased with a $1.2 million mortgage in December 2023. The home has three apartments, with one four-bedroom renting for an estimated $5,000 per month.
The same day, Hudson signed for another $1.2 million mortgage to purchase a newly-renovated $2.3 million Dorchester townhouse, also a three-unit property. Her last Boston-area home was bought in December 2023 for $3 million. The multi-family home boasts 15 bedrooms across three apartments and reportedly earns $17,675 in monthly income as of August 2024.
In October 2023, she purchased a Cape Cod bungalow, which has two bedrooms and is situated near a pond.
Hudson bought these properties before she and Belichick publicly confirmed their relationship in June 2024. When she acquired the mortgages, her 73-year-old boyfriend was still general manager for the Patriots, where he made $25 million per year, according to the Post. During his 20-year career with the team, he earned over $200 million.
The two confirmed their relationship in June 2024, though they had been spotted together the year before, around the time Belichick left the Patriots. He now serves as the head coach for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels football team, making $10 million a year.
Though the couple only publicized their relationship last June, the story goes that Belichick and Hudson first met in 2021 on a flight from Boston to Florida. However, this seems to be a detail that neither wants to discuss.
During a recent CBS Sunday Morning interview, Hudson interrupted when host Tony Dokoupil asked how they met. "We're not talking about this," she said before Belichick had a chance to respond.
Before Hudson, Belichick dated Linda Holliday, with whom he broke up in September 2023 after 16 years. He was previously married to Debby Clarke from 1977 to 2006, and they welcomed three children together: Amanda, Stephen, and Brian.
