More bad news for the Wizards.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, reports that Washington guard John Wall is considering to undergo season-ending surgery on his left foot. The news arrives just a day after Wizards coach Scott Brooks confirmed Wall would see a specialist for his on-going heel problems. Though the coach did not elaborate on the severity of Wall's injury, he said the 28-year-old athlete has pushed through the issue for years as "it comes and goes."

Wall has missed multiple games this season due to the reported bone spurs in his left heel. He missed the Wizards' Friday night game against the Chicago Bulls, as well as the Dec. 10 match in Boston.

"I've been here three years, and it's been off and on, but we've all been able to manage it," Brooks told the Washington Post on Friday. "Two times in a row with me as a coach he's been an all-star, and he's been an all-star three years before that. He's been able to do it, and sometimes there are times where he's able to fight through and, like tonight, he can't do it. It's bothering him, and it's time to see a specialist, and we'll know more decisions soon."

The Post's Candace Buckner reports the procedure could sideline Wall for six-to-eight months.

Wall has played in 32 games this season, averaging 20.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 8.7 assists per night.

The 13-22 Wizards will host the Charlotte Hornets Saturday night.
