Jeff Hardy reportedly found himself back behind bars.

According to Myrtle Beach Sun News, the 41-year-old WWE star was arrested Saturday morning at a South Carolina hotel for alleged public intoxication. Police say Hardy, a.k.a. Brother Nero, was arrested "without incident" at around 11:15 a.m. TMZ reports the wrestler has since been released on a less than $200 bond.

"Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions," the WWE told WrestlingInc.com in response to the incident.

We'll keep you posted as more details about the arrest are revealed.

This isn't the first time Hardy has made headlines for intoxication. In 2008, he was prohibited from boarding a plane at the Nashville International Airport because he appeared to be drunk. The incident did not result in an arrest.

In the following year, however, the wrestler was arrested on drug-related charges after authorities searched his home. He ultimately pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 30 months of probation, and ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.

Hardy was also arrested in March 2018, after he allegedly crashed his car in North Carolina. He was charged with DWI after he reportedly registered a 0.25 blood alcohol level on a Breathalyzer test—three times the legal limit in North Carolina.

Hardy has been out of the ring since May, as he's been recovering from knee surgery. He is expected to return to the WWE after six to nine months.
