Michael Rubin took to Instagram on Friday to call out Genece Brinkley, the judge who sentenced Meek Mill to serve 2-4 years in prison.

The 76ers co-owner accused the judge of ignoring Meek's request to travel to Toronto for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.

"I know you have a vendetta against Meek Mill and are obsessed with trying to control every aspect of his life, but did you really NOT approve him to go to rep the sixers in Toronto for the game? Do you also hate PHILLY?" Rubin wrote in a lengthy caption. "As soon as the schedule came out, Meek asked probation for approval—they immediately approved!"

The terms of Meek's probation—which stems from a 2008 drug and gun conviction—require the rapper to get Brinkley's approval for any traveling outside of Pennsylvania. Rubin claims they filed a request with court as soon as the semifinals schedule was confirmed.

"Since you didn’t respond to numerous phone calls, we sent lawyers to your court room today which you purposely ignored!" Rubin wrote.

You can read his full statement below.

This isn't the first time Rubin has called out Judge Brinkley. During an appearance on the Pardon My Take podcast last month, Rubin shared his reaction to Meek's sentencing and how the judge ignored recommendations from Meek's probation officer and DA.

"That whole thing was like I got hit in the head with a baseball bat," he said about the case. "So originally, I thought it was just this crazy judge—and by the way, this woman is batshit crazy, OK? She’s crazy as you could get."
